Arabic eyes with hint of blue.

Hello everyone,

Holiday season is coming up and this season is full of parties,weddings and celebrations. So i decided to go for a makeup that will have full focus on eyes.

I tried to use less products so the look is less complicated.This makeup can be easily carried with ethnic wear and western wear.I used maybelline colossal jewelled jade to add some colour to the eyes but you can use any colour of your choice.

You can also use eyeshadow instead of eye pencil.Also I would suggest to use liquid liner instead of gel liner so that it is easy to correct.

so here's the step by step makeup tutorial:

1. Moisturise your face with a good moisturiser so that your face won't get dry. Prime your face with a face primer to help your makeup last all day.

2.Hide your under eye dark circles and pigmentation with the help of concealer.I like to make a triangle with the help of mini foundation brush and blending it with the makeup sponge. This will also help to highlight your face.[pic 1-3]

3.Also apply concealer on eyelids and blend it properly with a sponge. Set the concealer with compact powder.This will create smooth base for eye makeup.[pic 4-6]

4.With the help of liquid liner, make a thin winged liner.This will work as a guide for the blue liner or eye pencil. This step will also help in avoiding maximum usage of blue eye pencil and make eye makeup less patchy.[pic 7]

5.Starting from the middle of the lash line, apply the blue liner in gentle strokes.Once you reach at the outer corner, draw a thin blue line connecting inner corner to the middle. [pic 8-10]

6.To make this eyemakeup look sharp and bold, start building up the black liner and make a perfect wing at the outer corner.[pic 11]

7. Apply black kohl or kajal on the water line. I applied little bit of kajal on the lower lash line.[pic 12]

8.Here's the trickiest part. Make a small 'v' at the inner corner. Make a line at inner lower lash line and extend the liner from inner upper lash lash line.Don't worry if it's not perfect 'v'. You just need to extend the line at inner corner and with the help of kajal intensify the lower lash line.It will look equally good.[pic 13&14]

9.Apply kajal on upper and lower lashes.

Here's the finished eye makeup:

To complete this look, apply blush and little bit of shimmery shadow on the cheekbones. For lips, use a nude or matte brown lipstick to balance the eye makeup.

• Maybelline Fit me foundation in shade 310.(also used as concealer)

• Maybelline clear glow compact

• Lakme inta waterproof liner

• Maybelline colossal kohl kajal- Jewelled jade.

• Lotus colorkick kajal

• Maybelline cheeky glow blush (fresh coral)

• Maybelline diamond glow eyeshadow used as highlighter.
